"Cathedral of Notre Dame"
by Steve Tracy

As I sat in the plaza to render this image, I thought about Paris and how it once was considered to be the center of the world. During the French Revolution, the church removed all the images and statuary of the Royals for fear they would be destroyed. Years ago the left tower was ruined by fire. When they rebuilt it, they purposely made the tower with dimensional imperfections to assuage God's anger to prove they were not trying to be perfect.
